As some of you may already know, last Monday, I started my new role as a Client Services Architect at Ping Identity. The first week of January was my last week as Director of Customer Success at Socialtext. It is not often that one gets the pleasure of working with a team filled with the amazing, talented people that I've worked with during my time at Socialtext, and I'm so happy that I was able to spend two years there. I'll miss my Socialtext colleagues, but I'm thrilled to have been able to work so closely with such a stellar team of people.
I'm equally happy to start my new role at Ping Identity. I'll be working in a technical role, delivering professional services for Ping's federated identity solutions. I've been interested in the federated identity and single sign-on space for quite some time, and I am really excited to join such a great team. Last week was our 2012 kick-off meeting, and one of the reasons I'm so happy to join Ping is because of their great company culture - the products rock, and so do the people. They also have a lot of fun, including costume parties during the annual kick-off meeting. This year's was '80s themed, and my new team rose to the occasion admirably (though we're missing our comrade Mr. Gorbachev in this photo). I'm looking forward to more awesome adventures with my new team.
